If you add me as a friend, and don't leave a note in a language I can understand, or have a journal/profile in a language I don't understand (I'm sorry if it sounds biased, but Russian especially will make me suspicious), I'm inclined to think you are a bot. I'll send you a PM and ask why you added me. If I get no reply, I'll have to block you and report you as suspected journal bot.

I'm sorry it has to be this way, but I've by now had 50+ unexplained friendings from rather obvious bots, and to be frank, it tires me.

So now you know, if you check my journal/profile of course.

It's a good thing I'm not crazy active on LJ anymore, since I've run into a persistant problem since the last update.

The connection to the server is constantly resetting - nearly every single time I go to a new page, click to see comments, click to see cut text, etc...

I got the usual 'sing and dance and clear cache'-routine from 'Support', which was the VERY FIRST THING I - as a rather proficient Computer and Internet user (sweet LJ, I've been here for 10 years, I should know!!!!) - did. Then reinstalling the browser, then even turning off the very few add-ons I have, then restarting the comp after clearing the internet temp files... before I actually turned to support for help. But I guess I should be glad he didn't ask me to reset the modem or even check if it was plugged in...

Does anybody else have this problem, or is it just me?

ETA: alrighty then... it's getting worse. Now it's not 'almost' every single time. It happening EVERY single time now... again and again and again. This is ridiculous. And I guess it's just me then, since nobody has replied

God, it's so wonderful up here. All the trees are dressed in their best autumn colours (we call them the drag queens of Nature ;) ) and the air is just cleaner and crisper in a way you just don't get in Denmark.

I love being here and getting to hang out with ldybastet all the time, and her mum, is fantastic! We've talked so much, my brain simply melts in the evening and insists on switching from English to Danish in silly ways. It would be embarrassing if it weren't so funny :))

And I have to admit, I've been converted to a new and fresh (for me) and still on-going Fandom. Not rabidly so, but Bleach has definitely captured my interest and attention instantly. We've watched nearly 30 episodes so far of the anime series, and I just want to watch the rest as soon as possible LOL.

So I'll be keeping an eye out for Bleach fic/art to feed my inner fangirl even more.

That's not saying that I'm moving away from HP fandom though. I love it and the characters far too much, and still read as much as I can manage.

This is a fantastic holiday so far, and I'm sure it'll stay that way! I still have 3-4 days with the amazing ldybastet and then I have my birthday party coming up!! Can life get much better than that?

I listened to a man (Simon Steenholm) talk for 2,5 hours last night, and almost everything he said is something I've done subconsciously during the last year, perhaps even longer.
